WHY I HAVE BEEN RECYCLING PALLETS FOR THE LAST 24 YEARS
The Easy / Simple Way

Hi, my name is John Wilker. I'm from Birmingham, Alabama, and I flipped wooden pallets for the last 23 years. And I also teach people how to do this business without having to have a warehouse without having to have employees without, having to lift this stuff without having to sort it selling huge varieties of wooden pallets to actual businesses, not pallet yards, but to actual businesses.

But the important question is why. Do I sell wooden pallets for all these years and how it's changed my life? There are 2.5 billion pallets in the United States. It's like money sitting around stacks and stacks by the millions 65% of all lumber in the United States is used for building pallets or repairing pallets.

It's all the trees that are cut down on a yearly basis. Sixty-five percent of it it's used for this 85% of all commerce. It's transported on the wooden pallet at some point in its life cycle. So, it touches everything. And if you've noticed the economy over the years, more and more and more and more shipping is taking place because of the internet and how ordering is taking place, not just by Amazon, but from business to business and the raw materials that have to be transported to make the goods that are being transported.

It is absolutely exploded and it's not going back. It's the one. On the planet that moves everything else. And that's the reason I've been doing this for the last 23 years. It's efficient. I'm not trading time for money. And it gives me money, freedom because I get 95% of the product of these palace from businesses that don't know what to do with them for free.

And in some cases, paying me to take them away and selling them to another business. So, I teach people how to do this in a very streamlined method. This was being done way before the internet. For drop shipping, all that. This is a tangible asset that you can duplicate in your city. You actually can even do it as a middleman and broker it without even having to move stuff from point a to point B and another aspect of it, the way cities are constructed, I'm not traveling all over the place to move stacks and stacks of pallets from point a to point B a lot of times the supplier and the buyer are within blocks of each other.

So, a typical morning for me is to hop in my little eight foot wide, 12-foot-long flatbed truck drive three blocks to my first supplier and their forklifts are loading pallets onto my truck. About 120 of them. I get them for free and average price is around five bucks a piece that I'm going to be getting for them.

That takes about 15 minutes. I strap them down. That's about the extent of my physical effort. I'm not lifting this stuff. I'm not even sorting. I'm not storing. I'm going straight to the buyer. The buyer overloads them with their forklifts. And I write out an invoice, 120 pallets times, $5 apiece, got them for free.

So, my overhead's low minus gas as a matter of 30, 35-minute process. Then I rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. And I do this, you know, four days a week. I have a friend of mine does it for me. I'm Fridays. And I've been doing this since 1998. I now also teach people how to do this business in this manner.

Moving large varieties of pallets without the headaches. The whole world is moved by this innocuous unsexy item, and it's just getting bigger and bigger each year. So, it makes so much sense for something that is quite invisible. People, no pay no attention to the wooden pallet, but again, not only does it move the United States and moves the world.

I have students at several different countries, same problems, same issues that we solve in the training. I can teach you as well. So, I'm going to keep this short. If you want to learn a little bit more about this, there's a link above, go fill out your name and email and I'll send you some information.

And then if you have some questions set up an appointment and we'll have a chat with you, you can ask them, and we'll go from there. But again, the time freedom, the money, freedom that it has created for my life all these years, I feel like I've cheated the system. I felt like I've kept it under my hat for the longest time.

And now I'm fortunate enough to be able to teach people how to do it. And I think I'm quite qualified to teach it after doing this for 23 years, this training is extensive and its a to Z everything I have learned in the last 23 years. And my mission is to help as many people as possible. Do your due diligence, you could dismiss this easily because it doesn't sound so sexy, but it is because the numbers work, the business model works.

The huge massiveness of the niche works. And lastly, when you get these accounts for these pallets, we also deal with crates and drums and dunnage and 55-gallon drums and wire spools, all this other stuff, industrial bags, corrugated boxes, those stuff come into play as well. But when you get these orders for pallets, the supply never stopped.

And the buyers never stopped. They run out of the pallets, they ship their items out, the buyers do on the pallets, and they never see them again. They run out and they need more, same with the supplier. They have trucks after truck after truck day after day after day. And they have a by-product of the pallet, and they don't know what to do with it.

And we're here to solve that problem. And I want to teach you every aspect of this business from a to Z. Thanks for spending time with me. Then I went to John and woke her up from Birmingham, Alabama. My business is called The Simplest Biz.  I want to simplify your life as well. So do your due diligence, dig a little deeper and we will go from there and you have a wonderful day.

All right. Thank you.
