Pallet Business Overview

Here's what I do. I'm grabbing an example. I flip wooden pallets. This is a small version of wooden pallets, very unsexy item but guess what? There's 2.5 billion of these, the larger versions that you see at the grocery store at the Sam's club trucks going down the highway 2.5 billion in circulation, the United States.

I get 95% of these pallets’ stacks and stacks mountains, level three, and I have businesses as I need them to ship their items out, put their inventory on the pallet. Truckload after truckload after truckload day after day after day. So John, why, why, why pallets? 85% of all commerce is moved on pallet. There's the necessity of the business that I mentioned a minute ago.

Then we have the recurring aspect of the business of orders being ordered over and over and over again. When a business is shipping stuff out. Excuse me, these stacks and stacks of pallets are getting lower and lower, lower on a weekly basis where they got to order more to ship more stuff out the next.

It's a built-in recurring revenue stream. Now the business, I get it from, they get truckload after truckload, after truckload in, but this is a by-product of their business where they don't want to have to deal with it. They need to get rid of it because they have no use for it because they're delivering their items that they get on the pallet ups, hand truck directly to the public.

So the pallets, the 2.5 billion of them circulating in the United States. For half their businesses is a by-product. Okay. You starting to see the picture. Why palettes? Because it moves the whole world. 85% of all commerce of the United States has moved on pallets. Anything you see in this room, including the window here and trim and chair, I'm sitting on the leather.

It was made up thread everything at some point, this light side. It was on a pallet being moved from point a to point B. There is the reoccurring aspect. It's a simple business. It has nothing to do with the internet. I'm not storing these pallets. I'm going from a supplier to a buyer directly. Does that sound simple without having the cost incurred of warehousing that.

Point a to point B directly, large varieties of pallets, you know, there's all different sizes and styles. That I moved even mixed loads, going from point a to point B being loaded on my truck. I'm not lifting this stuff. I'm teaching other people how to do this as well, where they're not having to lift it.

They're not having to store it. We're not having to store a store them. We're going directly from point a to point B with no employees. We're getting 95% of your product for free. I have businesses. Not only are they giving through me for free, but there are some businesses that will pay me to take their by-product of the pallets away, load them on my truck.

Drive two blocks down the road to a business that needs it. The forklift comes in and takes them off. I write up the invoice, six bucks, a piece, 120 pallets. 700 plus dollars in about a 35-minute process. That's why I have not had to work for the last 23 years for anybody else, because I multiply myself

in a manner where I'm getting paid, not for my time, but how many of these units can I move in a couple hours? And that translates into a lot. And since I have really no overhead. I have a truck I bought seven years ago. This last truck that's some overhead, but you can rent a truck in the beginning.

If you, if you would want to do this yourself. I flip wooden pallets, drums, dunnage, corrugated boxes, wire spools, the by-product of businesses that they don't need. And I'm taking them businesses that need them. Again, why pallets will think about the internet right now, all the ordering that's being done on the internet, not just Amazon, everything business to business, raw materials, you name it.

It's a wash and shipping, moving stuff from point A to point B and everything, or on billions of these in the United States or being shipped out of the country. Without this item the world wouldn't move. And I know this is a small, a small version of what we're talking about. I teach people how to duplicate this model.

Well, John, I could figure that out. We, it may take several years to do it because you know, I've been doing it for 23 years. It took me several years to figure out who these businesses are, what their needs are, what questions to ask, which problems to solve. What's the sweet spot, what their pain points, how to set the deal up, how to become exclusive for that supply and make it a win, win, win, win for you and for the buyer and went for the supplier.

And I got to walk you through these scenarios, and I get to, because I've taught a lot of people how to do this. In different countries, even doesn't matter, this is a worldwide phenomenon and it's just getting better, bigger. And last year there's only 2 billion pallets in the United States. This year.

It's 2.5 billion exponential growth, massive, massive unsexy under the radar. Now. It's not going to fall in your lap. You've got to work in beginning. But the thing about this business that I've always loved for myself is I can execute a few orders in the morning, and I'm done by, you know, 10, 11 o'clock, sometimes nine.

Sometimes I'm on the bulk work by nine, doing a couple of loads, you know, because it's translating 250 pallets times $6, $5, whatever the case may be. And that creates. Freedom where I'm not having to clock in. I'm not having to work for somebody else. I'm not being dictated. When I work, then there's passive city where you can broker these businesses, these deals as well, where you don't even have to move the pallet from point a to point B and get a cut of the action, which I teach as well.

I have a training course. It's called the simplest biz. I want to teach other people how to do this. I've been doing it for a while. It's a massive niche. Don't think of all my gods. This is not like Amazon drop shipping. This is about an item that is so integrated into our society, that the world can work without it, but nobody sees it.

It's not a sexy internet business, but the freedom is that it's my goal to show as many people as possible, how to do this business the right way. Not selling the pallet yards, not repairing them, not starting a pallet yard yourself is moving these from point a to point B simple and all different varieties and layering on top.

All the other items we're talking about as well. I'm going to leave it at that. Now there's a lot of other information out there. I want you to go to the simplest business.com. I want you to opt in. And then I want you to set up an appointment to chat with us about if it's something you want to learn.

My name is John I'm from Birmingham, Alabama. It's called The Simplest Biz, but it was the simplest biz.com. Look us up on YouTube as well. The simplest bids. And we'll go from there. Thank you for taking time to listen to me and have a wonderful day.
